Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is given that on 26 January 2016 at 10.00am, Tamina Kelly Cunningham-Adams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed as receiver and manager of the above-named company and all collateral secured under the terms of a general security deed dated on or about 8 May 2015.

The Collateral Secured is: All present and after-acquired personal property of the company.
