Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Grant Bruce Reynolds, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, hereby gives notice that on 10 August 2016 he was appointed receiver and manager of all of the present and after-acquired personal property of the above-named company under the power contained in a general security agreement dated 30 September 2014.

The Property in Receivership is: All the debtor’s present and after-acquired property, being all of the debtor’s personal property and all other property including inventory and accounts receivable.
