Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 4 August 2016 Simon Dalton and Matthew Kemp, of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of the present and after-acquired property of the above-named companies by Argyle Funds SPC Inc, under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 11 July 2011.
