Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 26 July 2016, Conor John McElhinney and William Guy Black, chartered accountants and accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of the property of VALLEYGIRL NEW ZEALAND LIMITED under the powers contained in a security agreement dated 27 August 2013.

The Receivers and Managers Have Been Appointed in Respect of: All the company’s present and after-acquired property and land, and present and future interests in and present and future rights in relation to such property and land together with any proceeds.

The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are at: McGrath Nicol Limited, Level 17, 34 Shortland Street, Auckland.
