Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 20 July 2016 Simon Dalton and Matthew Peter Kemp, of Auckland, were appointed as receivers and managers of the present and after-acquired property of the above-named company by Garden Securities Limited, under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 9 November 2015.
