Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Pursuant to Sections 7 and 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 10 October 2015 Roy Stephenson was appointed as a joint receiver, under signed debenture agreements, in the property and undertakings of TGR HELICORP LIMITED.

John George Russell resigned as receiver with effect from 14 December 2015.
