Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, on 7 July 2016, under a general security agreement dated 5 August 2015, John Michael Gilbert, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed as receiver and manager of all of the property of James Neil Black.
