Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers of Company Property

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Geoff Brown and Lynda Smart, of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, hereby give notice that on 5 July 2016 they were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of TAPP LOGGING LIMITED under the powers contained in the following instruments:

1. A general security agreement dated 12 November 2014 in relation to all of the present and after-acquired property and all personal property in which the company has rights (whether now or in the future);
2. a specific security agreement dated 12 November 2014 in relation to a 1997 Cat 330B excavator based harvester (VIN: 9ML00417) equipped with forestry guarding, cab riser, cab guard, Waratah logger boom and arm, with Waratah HTH processing head (Serial No.: 234027); a 1997 Cat 322B digger (VIN: 3NR100182); and a Harvestech 3000 Delimber; and
3. a specific security agreement dated 27 March 2015 in relation to a 2002 Tigercat 630B log skidder (Serial No.: 6301451).
