Notice of Resignation of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 11(4) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that Paul Munro, chartered accountant of Christchurch, resigned as receiver and manager of the property of FINANCE AND LEASING LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) on Thursday 30 June 2016 under the powers contained in a trust deed dated 20 October 1986.

Brett Chambers, chartered accountant of Christchurch, will continue as the sole receiver and manager of the property of the company.
