Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Iain Bruce Shephard and Heath Leslie Gair, accredited insolvency practitioners of Wellington, were, on 13 June 2016 at 3.30pm, appointed receivers and managers of the above-named company.

The Property in Receivership is: The assets and undertakings of CHARLIES CAFE LIMITED (in receivership), pursuant to a general security agreement dated 27 November 2013 over all present and after-acquired property.
