Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager and
Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8 and Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountant of Tauranga, was, on 3 June 2016, appointed as receiver and manager of the property of the above-named entities under the powers contained in an instrument registered on the Personal Property Security Register dated 14 December 2015, which property consists of all present and after-acquired property.

Notice is hereby given that as from 10 June 2016, Thomas Lee Rodewald has ceased to act as receiver and manager of the above-named entities.
