Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountant of Tauranga, gives notice that on 30 May 2016 he was appointed receiver and manager of the property of the above-named entities under the powers contained in a general security agreement registered on the Personal Property Security Register on 15 December 2015, which property consists of all the debtors’ present and after-acquired property.
