Notice of Receivers and Managers Ceasing to Act

We, Lynda Smart and Paul Vlasic, of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993, the receivership of this company ended on 11 May 2016 and we ceased to act as receivers and managers on that date.

All future correspondence should be directed to the liquidator, Robert Duff.
