We, Rowan John Chapman and Amanda-Jane Atkins, chartered accountants of Auckland, hereby give notice that on 22 April 2016 we were appointed by PFNZ Limited jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all assets and undertaking of ENLIGHTENZ NZ LIMITED pursuant to a general security agreement dated 30 September 2014.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all assets and undertaking of ENLIGHTENZ NZ LIMITED.
