Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 7 April 2016, Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Michael Lamacraft, insolvency practitioners, accepted the appointment as receivers and managers of the property of ARDERN HOLDINGS LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 19 June 2014 given by that company.

The Property in Receivership is: All of the company’s undertaking, property and assets.
