Notice of Appointment and Resignation of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 7 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that, on 6 January 2016, Trevor Vicemar Rogers was appointed as receiver, under the powers contained in a signed debenture agreement dated 18 October 1986, of the property and undertakings of SIMPSON HOMES LIMITED.

On the same date John George Russell retired as receiver of the same property and undertakings of SIMPSON HOMES LIMITED.
