Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 7 April 2016 we, Rowan John Chapman and Amanda-Jane Atkins, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed, under powers conferred by a general security agreement dated 22 July 2014, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the assets and undertakings of the above-named company.
