Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald, chartered accountant of Tauranga, was, on 31 March 2016, appointed as receiver and manager of the above-named entities, under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 2 March 2015, which property consists of all the debtor’s present and after-acquired property.

Notice of Receiver and Manager Ceasing to Act

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that as from 1 April 2016, Thomas Lee Rodewald has ceased to act as receiver and manager of the above-named entities.
