Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Thomas Lee Rodewald and Campbell Graham, chartered accountants of Tauranga, were on 23 December 2015 appointed as receivers and managers of the property of Matthew James Avery (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 20 November 2013, which property consists of all present and after-acquired property.

The Office of the Receivers and Managers is: BDO Tauranga Limited, Level 1, The Hub, 525 Cameron Road, Tauranga 3110.
