Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Rhys Cain, insolvency practitioner of Christchurch, and Rees Logan, chartered accountant of Auckland, give notice that on 8 March 2016 we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of the company pursuant to a general security agreement dated 12 August 2015.
