Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, on 12 February 2016, under a general security agreement dated 20 November 2015, John Michael Gilbert, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed as receiver and manager of all present and after-acquired property of Jason Shane Phillip Twigg and Camie Rowena Scott (as trustees of The Idol Investment Trust).
