Notice is hereby given that Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed sole liquidator of GBI RENT-A-CAR LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 12 February 2016 at 10.56am.

I fix 24 March 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
