Wendy Ann Somerville and Malcolm Grant Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of THIS TRAIN DON’T STOP THERE ANYMORE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 February 2016 at 12.03pm.

We fix 28 March 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
