BLACK WOLF LIMITED, SAKAKA LIMITED and SIMO CARS LIMITED (all in liquidation)
Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and David Bridgman, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and times below:
12 February 2016
BLACK WOLF LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.31am.
SAKAKA LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.08am.
SIMO CARS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.15am.
We fix 21 March 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
