Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 25 November 2015 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that H R LESLIE & SON LIMITED be liquidated and that Clifford Whitelaw, chartered accountant of Kerikeri, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 25 November 2015.
