Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Ann Somerville and Malcolm Grant Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of BRICK & ROOF NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Tauranga, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 9 February 2016 at 10.44am.

We fix 22 March 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
