Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 10 February 2016 at 9.49am, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that HENRY & DEED BUILDERS LIMITED be liquidated and that David Thomas, accountant of Tauranga, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
