Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Stephen Douglas Young, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 14 December 2015 at 3.00pm.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 245 of the Act, the liquidator will dispense with a meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise potential returns to creditors.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

The liquidator fixes 1 February 2016 as the day on or before which creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made.
