Tony Wayne Pattison and Malcolm Grant Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of X RAW X LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Gisborne, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 5 February 2016 at 12.48pm.

We fix 18 March 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
