Notice is hereby given that Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed as sole liquidator of JTG MT EDEN LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 16 December 2016 at 10.47am.

I fix 27 January 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
