Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, and Malcolm Hollis, chartered accountant of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of THE GOOD BAKER LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 December 2016 at 12.23pm.

We fix 30 January 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
