Vivian Judith Fatupaito and Andrew John Hawkes, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court at Gisborne on 14 December 2016 at 10.17am.

The liquidators fix 28 February 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
