NEVADA SPUR LIMITED (in liquidation)
Rees Logan, chartered accountant of Auckland, and Rhys Cain, insolvency practitioner of Christchurch, RITANZ Insolvency Practitioners accredited by Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, were appointed liquidators of NEVADA SPUR LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 13 December 2016 at 10.54am.
The liquidators fix 13 February 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
