Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court at Auckland on 9 December 2016 at 10.05am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 27 January 2017 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation.
