APCO WOOL SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation)
John Fisk and Craig Sanson, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of APCO WOOL SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Napier, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 8 December 2016 at 10.21am.
We fix 23 January 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
