On 6 December 2016 at 12.15pm, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be liquidated and that Colin Thomas McCloy, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 30 January 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title that they may have to priority, under section 304 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
