Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 14 November 2016 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PROJECT ONE (2014) LIMITED be liquidated and that Tarsha Hazleman, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 14 November 2016.
