Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 1 December 2016 at 2.30pm it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TWCE (2014) LIMITED be liquidated and that Dean John Subritzky and Rebecca Louise Brennan, chartered accountants of Whangarei, be appointed joint liquidators for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 1 December 2016.

The liquidators fix 31 January 2017 as the last day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
