Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that APPEX BUILDING 2013 LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 29 November 2016 to be put into liquidation.

Keith Vincent Harris and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 29 November 2016 at 11.12am.
