Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 28 November 2016 at 9.00am it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Gillian Krzanich, accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 28 January 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
