Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Derek Ah Sam, chartered accountant, and Garry Whimp, insolvency practitioner, were appointed joint and several liquidators of FLOWER FEVA LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Whangarei, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 3 February 2016 at 10.35am.

We fix Friday 18 March 2016 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
