Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Craig Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and David Bridgman, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and times below:

SHELF COMPANY NO. 1 LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.57am.

DIAL-A-CAB AUCK NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.10am.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

We fix 20 January 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
