Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 23 November 2016 at 10.30am, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ADVANCED AUTOMOTIVE AND TRANSMISSION 2014 LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
