Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Derek Ah Sam and Paul Vlasic were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named incorporated charitable trust, pursuant to a resolution passed by members at the trust’s annual general meeting on 14 September 2016 and then ratified at a subsequent meeting on 19 October 2016, as required under section 24 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.

The liquidation commenced on 18 November 2016 at 10.00am.

We fix Friday 6 January 2017 as the date on or before which the creditors of the charitable trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
