Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Colin Owens and David Vance, of Deloitte, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of ACA PAINTING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 11 November 2016 at 10.05am.

The liquidators have fixed 16 December 2016 as the last day for creditors to lodge and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
