Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Malcolm Hollis and Wendy Somerville, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of ARCHITECTURE ORANGE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 9 November 2016 at 2.05pm.

We fix 22 December 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
