Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

The above-named solvent company was placed into liquidation by a special resolution of shareholders on 8 November 2016 at 7.15am, on the basis that the reasons for which the company was incorporated have now passed.

Sharlene Maree Bryant and William David Sawers were appointed joint and several liquidators pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 9 January 2017 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
