Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, William Caleb Amner, chartered accountant of Crowe Horwath, was appointed liquidator of CASTLE RANGE OMAKERE LIMITED.

The liquidation commenced on 10 November 2016 at 10.00am.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 12 December 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
