On 3 February 2016 it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SPECIALIST FIRESTOP CONTRACTORS LIMITED be liquidated and that Kevin John Whitley, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 3 February 2016.
