Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 9 November 2016 at 9.00am, pursuant to section 241 of the Act, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder that AVE ASSET HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Christopher Robert Ross Horton, insolvency practitioner, be appointed liquidator.

A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243(9) of the Act.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 14 December 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
